We tested many pages for Frontpoint. We started out with a simple form fill above the fold. Frontpoint wanted to better qualify the lead so we created a simple 3 step question flow – Do you rent or own? How many square feet is your house? etc. We also tested things like a sticky bar containing the phone number, video content, and the thank you page itself. We lifted conversions 350% from our original design.
