Providence Legal PA has the delicate balance of serving as a lead generating site, representing the brand’s competitive advantage, and providing useful information to those in need of estate planning and elderly law council.. By offering clients a plethora of services, it was important for us to make it easy for users to find what they are looking for. Because the target audience was 55+ years of age, it was equally important to have large text, spaced appropriately allowing for easy reading, especially on mobile devices. We also needed to give the user the ability to contact Providence Legal PA on every page. We used Calendly, a low-cost scheduling application to drive leads to Clara – the Principle Attorney.
The brand of Providence Legal PA was to be warm, trusting, and professional, with a target audience 55+. Florida is a competitive market for estate planning and elderly law, so the brand itself needed to play off the friendliness and professionalism of Clara – the Principle Attorney for which sets her a part. Offering a free 30 minute consultation allowed for Clara to build upon the first impression and solidify the objective of the brand. We followed brand standards through-out every marketable material including letterheads, envelopes, business cards, email signature, and website.
We configured Google Analytics to easily measure pages viewed, drop-offs, and several other KPI’s with a focus on lead generation. We properly optimized the site with best SEO practices and optimal speed. We configured Google Business so important information retaining to the business appears when searched.
