The Ask.

Stage Senior owns several retirement communities (Golden Pond, Gardens on Quail, and Gardens at Columbine) located in and around the Denver area. We were tasked with rebranding each community giving it a more modern, energetic (in only the way a retirement community can), and appealing. The overall goal was to fill the residence.

Our Solutions.

We pairing up with two other local marketing agencies, Elevation Digital Marketing for SEO and Mavarick Media Group for SEM to drive traffic and leads to each property's website. Point A Solutions created brand guidelines for each property (including the parent company - Stage), marketing collateral in the form of booklets, one-sheets, and business cards, and created event posters to hang in each community.

The Result.

For over 4 years, and in conjunction with each properties Marketing Coordinator, we were able to successfully keep the lead flow warm until the parent company decided to bring the marketing services in house in 2022. Point A Solutions still supports the properties with updates to their booklets, one-sheets, and other offline collateral.

Our aim for all the properties was elegance and class. We wanted to show off each properties unique amenities and services and show the joy in the residences.

Web Design

The website template was the exact same for Golden Pond as it was for both Garden sites. The goal for each site was to drive leads, so images where a main focus with several galleries, virtual walk-throughs, and interactive floorplans. The Stage Senior website is mostly informational; explaining the properties and how each is managed.

Print Marketing Media

We supplemented Stage's online and offline marketing efforts and events across all their properties (Booklets, brochures, posters, mailers, business cards, one-sheets, and more).
